Order Processing

To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order before 2:00 PM EST. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. International Shipping

apexcrafted proudly ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries. International orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order. All international shipments are fully trackable, and we will provide you with the carrier and tracking number upon dispatch.

Order Tracking

Transparency is central to your experience. Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number directly to the email address you provided. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us immediately. Our team will investigate and ensure you have the most current status. Address Changes

We understand that mistakes can happen. To request an address change, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes after this window, we cannot guarantee them once the order enters our fulfillment process.
